Altra is part of the Nationwide Credit Union Shared Service Center Network, which allows members of participating credit unions to do their banking at any credit union in the network. Make deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and other financial transactions in person and in “real time”, just like you would at an Altra branch office. Log on to www.altra.org and click Online Banking to check account balances, transfer money, make loan payments, track debit card, credit card, and paper check transactions. Access e-statements, transfer funds to or from another financial institution and more.
How to use Online Banking
• Log on to www.altra.org
• Click the Online Services button (top left)
• Choose Online Banking
• Enter User ID: (Altra account number)
• Enter Password
• Enter Enhanced Login Security password.
First-Time Users
You will need to provide an answer to a Challenge Question that will be used for Enhanced Login Security. You will also be asked for your email address and if you wish to enroll in free Online Bill Pay and Presentment. Follow the screen instructions and contact Altra at 800-755-0055 if you have questions. Online Banking users are automatically registered to receive free online eStatements and free online check images.
Enhanced Login Security
Help protect against I.D. Theft and online fraud. Log into Online Banking, provide an answer to your Challenge Question, and check the box to add Enhanced Login Security to your computer. You will now be able to sign on from that computer without answering the Challenge Question each session.
If you log on to Access 24 Online Banking using a computer that is not set up with Enhanced Login Security (such as at a friend’s house), you will be asked to answer your Challenge Question for security.

Access 24 Free Bill Pay

To use the optional Access 24 Bill Pay system, click on the Bill Pay
tab in the Online Banking system. The Access 24 Bill Pay system lets
you specify who to pay, the amount, the date the payment is due, and
whether you want it to be a one-time or a recurring payment. You can
send payments to any U.S. company or individual. All payments are deducted
from your Altra checking account on the processing date specified. |

Call 24 is Altra's free Telephone account access system. You can
access your account, make transfers or loan payments 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week. You can even set up cross-account transfers to
deposit money into a child or spouse's account. To set up your PIN, stop
